Health and wellbeing
We work with an array of organisations involved with improving the health and wellbeing outcomes of communities and individuals.
This work can range from supporting the NHS to evaluate the impact of national and local programmes, to helping voluntary sector organisations assess the effectiveness of their programmes and projects.
Some of our recent work includes:
- Carnegie UK Trust and Scottish Government – developed and piloted a Wellbeing Toolkit, an easy to use resource enabling communities across Scotland to measure the wellbeing of local people, and use the results to inform local and national policy;
- NHS Education for Scotland – for the Equal Partners in Care (EPIC) project, we explored the impact of workforce learning resources on the way Scotland’s unpaid carers are recognised, supported and involved; and
- NHS Health Scotland asked us to explore the impact of its Ready Steady Baby! App to determine the ways in which vulnerable pregnant women engage with maternal and infant health information.
